WHITE COMPOUND CHOCOLATE SNOWCAP 500G
Nestle White Compound Chocolate Snowcap is a compound or ‘compound coating’ chocolate made from a combination of cocoa, vegetable fat and sweeteners. It is used as a lower-cost alternative to true chocolate, as it uses vegetable fats over cocoa butter. Compound Chocolates however do not need to be tempered. Instead, they are simply warmed between 3-5ºC.
White Compound Chocolate is perfect when creating on-trend Chocolate Sails or for using in Moulds. It must be coloured with Oil Based Food Colours. We highly recommend the range of Colour Mill colours.
Application: Use Compound Chocolate to make chocolate sails, use in choclate moulds, dip strawberries, bake choc chip cookies, add chocolate flavour to your baked goods, make the best hot chocolate, the possibilities are endless.
