If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for exchange or refund within 10 days from sale date (excludes sale items, food items, custom toppers or edible images and seasonal items).
All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless product fault or incorrect item.

Returning Food Items
We are unable to accept returns of food items as they are not able to be resold under health & safety laws.
We do not accept returns or refunds for food items with 2+ months best before dates.

International Returns

Return postage costs and any additional duties & taxes assessed by International Customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any duties & taxes incurred when receiving the exchanged item.

Clearance Items
Discontinued ranges, food products that are approaching or have now exceeded their best before date. These products are best used for practicing new skills or for display cakes. No refunds or exchanges on clearance items.

Please ensure products are unused and in original packaging/condition.
Pack carefully as we cannot accept returns of damaged or used items.
