Worried about purchasing online?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for exchange or refund within 10 days from sale date (excludes sale items, food items and seasonal items).
All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless product fault or incorrect item.

International Returns
If you are based outside of Australia, please email us at orders@cakerswarehouse.com.au
Return postage costs and any additional duties & taxes assessed by International Customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any duties & taxes incurred when receiving the exchanged item.

Please ensure products are in original condition and carefully packed, we cannot accept returns of damaged items.
