Returns

Worried about purchasing online?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for exchange or refund within 10 days of the sale date.

Exclusions apply to:

  • Sale items

  • Food products (unless faulty or incorrect)

  • Custom toppers or edible images

  • Seasonal items

All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or an incorrect item was supplied.

Returning Food Items
We are unable to accept returns of food products due to health and safety regulations. The only exception is if the product is faulty or an incorrect item was supplied, in which case it can be returned for a refund or exchange.

International Returns
If you are based outside of Australia, please contact us to arrange your return.

Please note:

  • Return postage costs and any additional duties or taxes assessed by International Customs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • The customer is also responsible for any duties and taxes incurred when receiving the exchanged item.

Clearance Items
Clearance products may include discontinued ranges or food products that are approaching, or have now exceeded, their best before date. These items are best used for practice or display cakes.

No refunds or exchanges are available on clearance items.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging/condition.

  • Items must be packed carefully, as we cannot accept returns of damaged or used products.
