Adding items to your Online Order
If you have forgotten some items and would like to add to your order please reply to your confirmation email with the items you would like to add. You will be emailed back with a payment link for the extra items.
- If your order has already been packed we will not be able to add to your order.
- Adding to your order may delay your dispatch beyond advertised times.
- Adding bulky/heavy items to your order may increase your postage costs.
- Adding to your order cannot be guaranteed as it is difficult to locate and alter orders within our pick/packing process.

Tracking Updates
Please contact the courier directly for updates on your order using the tracking number provided. Tracking numbers are sent via email (check spam/junk folders if you have not received).
It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the courier.

where the working day follows a long weekend there may be a slight delay in dispatch. We will endeavour to have your order dispatched in a timely manner.

Dispatch: Same-Day (if ordered before 7am), Overnight (before 10am).  Whilst we can ensure that we will ship your order on time, we cannot guarantee delivery days, dates or times. Once your order is dispatched from our store, we have no control of external issues that may arise. 
The Platinum Shipping courier has advised that deliveries to Greater City of Sydney are an overnight service, not same day service. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Dispatch
Whilst we can ensure that we will ship your order on time, we cannot guarantee delivery days, dates or times. Once your order is dispatched from our store, we have no control of external issues that may arise.
Cakers will not be held liable for any late deliveries but will always do our best to help where possible. Please order your items well before they are needed to avoid any issues that may arise.
All orders have a tracking number which you will receive via email. Please use this to keep track of your order and expected delivery times.
It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the courier for shipping information.

Authority To Leave
Applied to all parcels. Please get your items delivered to an appropriate address if you will not be home to collect your parcel. Cakers Warehouse will not be responsible for storage, re-delivery fees or theft.

Damages
Despite our efforts to pack thoroughly, we cannot be held responsible for damage during transit. Cakers are not able to control transit conditions and handling of our parcels (e.g melted chocolate or frozen cakes, damaged boxes, lollipops and boards). If you feel that your parcel has been mishandled, please send a photo of the damage to orders@cakerswarehouse.com.au

Cancellations
Cancelled online orders (prior to dispatch) will incur a 10% picking and packing fee. This covers printing, picking, and packing costs associated with your order. The amount will be deducted from your refund.

Oversized items
Due to the large catalogue of items and various sizes, some products are classed as oversized (indicated on product page). These products may incur excess charges due to size, weight or inability to pack efficiently.
Customers will be contacted if this is the case for options, extra charges or of refunding oversized items.
Sydney Zones are not charged for Oversized Items.


Remote Areas
Customers living in remote areas (decided by courier) may incur excess fees which are charged to us by the courier. You will be contacted if this is the case.

Often orders to rural areas are often left at the Local Post office if the courier is unable to deliver to the provided address.
