Plastic Mould Diamond
BWB moulds are an innovative 3 piece system, ideal for creating perfect chocolate pieces in a practical and precise way. No need for trimming, chocolate self releases easily from the mould with a perfect shine!
Instructions:
- Melt chocolate and fill the first part of the mould with chocolate up to the marked line. Gently tap to remove any air bubbles.
- Place the second part of the silicone mould gently over the chocolate (do not push down at this stage).
- Using the third mould, push down to impress the chocolate and fill to the top.
- Flip the mould open side down and place in freezer for 5+ minutes (chocolate should look opaque once ready to remove).
- Gently separate all parts from the chocolate and repeat the process. Pieces can be joined using melted chocolate to form a 3D shape or simply lay flat if wishing to use as a smash chocolate.
Size: approximately 80mm x 73mm
Cleaning: Clean the mould with warm water and let it air dry. Never use detergent, soap, or sponges. NOT DISHWASHER SAFE.
