MILK COMPOUND CHOCOLATE BOLERO 14KG
Nestle Milk Compound Chocolate Bolero is a compound or ‘compound coating’ chocolate made from a combination of cocoa, vegetable fat and sweeteners. It is used as a lower-cost alternative to true chocolate, as it uses vegetable fats over cocoa butter. Compound Chocolates however do not need to be tempered. Instead, they are simply warmed between 3-5ºC.
Application: Use Compound Chocolate to dip strawberries, bake choc chip cookies, add chocolate flavour to your baked goods, make the best hot chocolate, the possibilities are endless.

Ingredients: Sugar, Milk Solids, Vegetable Fat, Emulsifiers 492, Soy Lecithin, Cocoa, Cocoa Mass, Salt. Cocoa Solids 6%, Milk Solids 28%.
