Go back to basics with Mikayla and master the art of covering your cake with fondant!

In this level 1 class, Mikayla will guide you through each step of the process, ensuring you gain the confidence and skills needed to step out of your buttercream comfort zone.

Inclusions:
- Classes are all inclusive, you don't need to bring a thing!
- Tea, Coffee and Water provided.
- You take home your own creations to enjoy.

Outcomes:
- Stack and crumb coat a cake.
- Perfectly roll out fondant into a sheet. 
- Cover a cake in fondant, avoiding tears and 'elephant skin'. 
- Use a variety of fondant tools to create the perfect fondant edges.
- Stick fondant decors onto fondant cakes. 
- Mix tylose into fondant to create a gum paste.
- Create a fondant bow to finish off your design. 

Requirements:
- Skill level 1, no previous experience required.
- Closed shoes.
- Arrive 15min prior to class.
