Outcomes:
- Learn how to support your cake with the Loyal Dowel system.
- Apply a crumb coat to your cake.
- Cover your cake in fondant using the wrapping technique.
- Use modelling tools to create texture.
- Use wire in fondant to create a handle.
- Pipe buttercream to create a frothy texture.
- Use an airbrush machine to achieve an ombre effect.
- Hand paint a Father's Day plaque.
Requirements:
- Skill level 1, no previous experience required.
- Closed shoes.
- Arrive 10min prior to class.
