Callebaut®'s White Chocolate Crispearls are tiny in size but giant in taste. These small beads are coated in delicious W2 white chocolate with a crispy heart of toasted biscuit. They're great for grazing or as miniature snack with coffee or tea. Callebaut®'s White Chocolate Crispearls has a round, extremely well-balanced caramel chocolate taste, smooth cocoa body with a pleasant intensity. It is easy to pair with a wide variety of different flavours and ingredients.

Callebaut®'s White Chocolate Crispearls are great for grazing or as miniature snack with coffee or tea. You can also rely on White Chocolate Crispearls™ to add an exciting finishing touch to your desserts or pastries. Just sprinkle on top of glazed cakes or desserts to add your elegant touch of pure indulgence. Each pearl is approximately 5mm in diameter.

Application: Mixed into chocolate mousse, ice cream or bavarois, they add a crispy chocolate texture to your desserts and remain crunchy.

Ingredients: Cereals coated with Salted Caramel Chocolate 84% (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Anhydrous Milk fat, Emulsifier Soy Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring) Crisped Cereals (Wheat Flour, Sugar, Wheat Malt Flour, Wheat Starch Raising Agent E500II, Salt Cocoa Butter, Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Glazing Agent E414, Coconut Fat, Modified Starch.

Note: Chocolate is susceptible to high temperatures. While we take every care in packaging chocolate to ship, we cannot guarantee that they will arrive undamaged during warmer months. Chocolate may melt a little during shipping, however this will not affect the chocolate and will be suitable for use once remelted.
