Callebaut®'s Finest Belgian Gold Chocolate is expertly crafted and composed from a fine selection of ingredients such as caramelised sugar and caramelised milk, Gold has an intense yet balanced caramel chocolate taste, with rich notes of toffee, butter, cream and an exciting dash of salt.

Callebaut®'s Finest Belgian Gold Chocolate with 30.4% cocoa solids has a unique, warm caramel and pale amber colour with a golden hue.

Application: pipe chocolate decorations, coat desserts and cake pops, thin using Cocoa Butter for use in your Chocolate Spray Gun, create delicious ganache and mousse.

Ingredients: Cocoa Butter, Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Milk Sugar; Whey Powder (Milk); Skimmed Milk Powder; Caramelised Sugar; Emulsifier Soya Lecithin; Natural Vanilla Flavouring; Salt.

Note: Chocolate is susceptible to high temperatures. While we take every care in packaging chocolate to ship, we cannot guarantee that they will arrive undamaged during warmer months. Chocolate may melt a little during shipping, however this will not affect the chocolate and will be suitable for use once remelted.
