CAKE DUTCHESS MODELLING PASTE 1KG WHITE
Cake Dutchess modelling paste is naturally very firm, you might even say "rock hard" when it comes out of the tub, don't let it scare you!
Just cut off small pieces of the paste using a knife and knead together till soft. It doesn't require any tylose powder or CMC powder.
s such it stays in shape once moulded, doesn't sag and also has a very shiny and smooth texture, even after modelling for a while.
With a super white appearance, it is a brilliant paste to start off with, but also extremely easy to colour with gel pastes.
Ingredients: Sugar (67%), glucose syrup, vegetable shortening (palm kernel, palm), invert sugar syrup, water, emulsifier (E471), stabiliser (E415), flavour (milk), stabiliser (E415). May contain traces of soybeans, nuts, sulphites.
