Enjoy our Traditional American Style White Velvet by Cakers Warehouse. White Velvet is a light fluffy cake mix, perfect for layering with Buttercream, cream cheese, fresh cream and other fillings, simply add fresh berries for a delicious light dessert. Comes with easy to follow instructions.
The 1kg mix will bake approximately one 9in round x 3in high or one 8in square x 3in high.
Recipe: Mix 1kg, Water (Part 1) 460mL, Vegetable Oil 120mL, Water (Part 2) 200mL

Ingredients: Sugar, Enriched Wheat Flour Bleached (Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Egg Whites, Soybean Oil, Propylene Glycol Mono and Diesters of Fatty Acids, Leavening (Baking Soda, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium, Aluminum Phosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Contains 2% or Less of; Artificial Colour, Cellulose Gum, Dextrose, Egg Yolks, Food Starchmodified, Mono and Diglycerides, Nonfat Milk, Polysorbate 60, Salt, Sorbitan, Monostearate, Soy Lecithin Xanthan Gum
Baking Instructions: Bake at 160°C for approximately 1 hour. Depth of the tin and volume of the mix will vary times. To test if your cake is cooked, insert a clean wooden skewer into the centre of the cake and remove it. The cake is ready if the skewer comes out clean. If there are any crumbs attached to the skewer, put the cake back into the oven for several minutes.
