This spray produces a shiny finish that will not bleed or fade when applied correctly to your buttercream, royal icing or fondant covered baked goods. Chefmaster Edible Food Spray is made with liqua-gel formula that is 100% food safe, vegan friendly and Halal approved. Each can covers up to 96 cupcakes or four 22cm x 33cm cakes when you apply a very light spray. The nozzle allows for accurate spray and makes it easy to use. The food spray dries in approximately three minutes after spraying.
Note: This item is an aerosol and can only be shipped by surface mail. It cannot be shipped by express post.
Use: Shake the can well before use and periodically during use. Hold the can at a 75 degree angle when spraying. Maintain an 8” distance from the surface of the product you are spraying.
Tips: When building layers of colour, allow each application of colour to thoroughly dry before applying the next layer. Be careful not to overspray as colour may run.
