Use: Use dry powder with a food grade paint brush to add colour and detail to your edible creations. This is known as a petal dust. Make a food safe paint by mixing with Decorator’s Alcohol or Rose Spirit. Mix into chocolate, buttercream and batters to colour as a dye.
Tips: To help with an even dry coverage, particularly on sugar flowers, mix Petal Dust on a piece of kitchen towel with a small amount of corn flour. Dust onto your icing creation with a food grade paint brush.
