At a temperature of 20-30ºC and a humidity of 40-70%, the petals dry in less than three hours! During this time you can shape and change your flowers without the petals breaking or becoming too soft or fragile.
Even after drying, this gum paste remains flexible for many days.
The paste can be rolled out thinly with a rolling pin without much effort.
Thinly rolled paste works great with cutters, making this paste an ideal choice. It can also be coloured with gel colourings, liquid food colourings, edible powders and lustre dusts.
