What You’ll Learn:

• Prepare and crumb coat a cake to achieve a smooth, even base for decorating.
• Gain confidence in handling piping bags to achieve professional quality results.
• Develop precision in piping buttercream, and learn an array of techniques using a variety of tips.
• Understand how to use a variety of colours to enhance the overall aesthetic of your decorated cakes.
• Work confidently with fondant, including shaping, assembling, and finishing a large bow topper.
• Create mini fondant bows with clean lines and consistent sizing.
• Decorate their cake with sprinkles and additional edible elements in a balanced and visually appealing way.
• Acquire tips and tricks for overcoming common challenges and achieving a flawless finish.

Requirements:

• Skill Level 1: Beginner (no experience needed) 
• Closed-toe shoes are required.
• Please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts.
