Nestle Dark Compound Chocolate Kingston is a compound or ‘compound coating’ chocolate made from a combination of cocoa, vegetable fat and sweeteners. It is used as a lower-cost alternative to true chocolate, as it uses vegetable fats over cocoa butter. Compound Chocolates however do not need to be tempered. Instead, they are simply warmed between 3-5ºC.

Application: Use Compound Chocolate to dip strawberries, bake choc chip cookies, add chocolate flavour to your baked goods, make the best hot chocolate, the possibilities are endless.
