Cake Cream 400g
Made in Brisbane with 91% Australian ingredients, Cake Cream is a revolutionary product that helps you create silky-smooth, stable and vibrant Swiss Meringue Buttercream—with no fuss! It’s also perfect for meringue kisses, cupcakes, macarons, cakes, mousse, brownies and more.
Swiss Meringue Buttercream is less sweet than traditional buttercream and has a lighter, smoother consistency. It’s the first choice of many bakers and is ideal for piping, crumb-coating and decorating cakes and cupcakes.
Note: Final colour depends on the butter used. For the whitest results, use a paler butter and whip it well before adding Cake Cream.
How to Use Cake Cream

Add 500g slightly softened butter and 400g Cake Cream powder to a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Use a spatula to roughly combine.

Mix on medium/slow speed while gradually pouring in 200ml warm water.

Once fully combined, mix on high for 1 minute.

Your buttercream is ready!
