MILK COUVERTURE CHOCOLATE ALPINE 14KG
Couverture chocolate is a very high-quality chocolate that contains extra cocoa butter. The higher percentage of cocoa butter, combined with proper tempering, gives the chocolate more sheen, firmer "snap" when broken, and a creamy mellow flavour. This can be used to make a hard setting ganache which will give you a firm surface for under your fondant.
Ingredients: Sugar, Full Cream Milk Powder, Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass, Emulsifiers (Soy Lecithin, 476).
