In this level 1 class, Mikayla will guide you through each step of the process, ensuring you gain the confidence and skills needed to step out of your buttercream comfort zone.

What You’ll Learn:
- Assemble and apply a crumb coat to a cake.
- Roll out fondant evenly to form a smooth sheet.
- Cover a cake with fondant, ensuring a smooth finish without tears or wrinkles.
- Use various fondant tools to achieve clean, neat edges.
- Attach fondant decorations to a fondant-covered cake.
- Combine tylose with fondant to make gum paste.
- Craft a fondant bow to complete your cake design.
Requirements:
- Skill Level 1: Beginner (no experience needed).
- Closed-toe shoes are required.
- Please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts.
