Retail & Warehouse Team Member (Full-Time)
Cakers Warehouse is looking for a full-time team member to join our growing business.
This is a hands-on role working across both our retail store and our online dispatch warehouse. You’ll be part of a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, supporting both in-store customers and our growing online order volume.
Working Hours
This is a full-time position working 5 days per week, rostered between Monday and Saturday.
Some weeks will include Saturday shifts as part of a rotating roster.
About the Role
This position is split across retail and warehouse duties, so we’re looking for someone who is adaptable, reliable, and happy to get involved wherever needed.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Assisting and serving customers in-store
• Picking, packing, and dispatching online orders
• Maintaining store presentation and stock levels
• Receiving and organising stock deliveries
• General warehouse and operational support

Previous retail or warehouse experience is an advantage, but not essential for the right person.
