Gloss Frost Buttercream White 5L

Gloss Frost is a vegan and gluten-free, Swiss-Meringue style buttercream with subtle hints of creamy vanilla flavouring. Colour Mill developed this recipe to look as good as it tastes, with a high-gloss that will make your bakes shine, without the sickly sweet sugar hit of other ready-made buttercreams. Best used at room temperature. Use within 18 months.

Gloss Frost is ready to ice, pipe, fill (or eat) straight from the tub. Best enjoyed at room temperature, simply scoop Gloss Frost from the tub and get decorating!

The 5L tub pipes approximately 120 cupcakes and covers 5 × 9in cakes. Gloss Frost is best coloured with Oil Blend.
