Heilala Baking Blend Vanilla Bean Paste contains ground vanilla beans that are suspended in a gel like format for a rich, textured and fragrant taste with a consistency that is similar to maple syrup.
The paste is baker-friendly and comes in a squeezable aluminium tube.
Tip: Perfect in panna cotta, ice cream, creme brulee, lamingtons, mille-feuille and frosting.
Use: Substitute an equal amount of Baking Blend Vanilla Paste in place of vanilla essence or extract. Use one teaspoon instead of splitting and scraping a vanilla bean.
