Modecor Cocoa Butter Velvet Spray gives a unique velvety finish to your cakes, mousses, ice creams and for surfaces of other frozen products Velvet Spray is a popular finish to modern desserts and cakes. Your customers and friends will love them!

You can use the Velvet Sprays to create shades or use stencils to add a pattern design to your cake.

Note: This item is an aerosol and can only be shipped by surface mail. It cannot be shipped by express post.

Application: If the Velvet Spray is set, immerse ¾ of the can in warm water at 45-50°C0 for 30 minutes. Shake the can well for 2 minutes or until you hear the metal ball moving inside the can. Spray at a distance of 30-40cm from your cake surface. After each use, turn the bottle upside down and clean the spray nozzle under running water. Store the spray can at room temperature.

For optimal results, apply the Velvet Spray to frozen cakes as soon as you take them out of the freezer.
