Apricot Jam mix is ideal for masking cakes, fruit cakes, foam dummies, sticking fondant to cookies.

Unlike regular jam, this has no pulp and is mild tasting, leaving a smooth and tacky consistency great for cake decorating.

Tip: lightly coat your cake or cookie with jam. Remove any excess jam with a Metal Scraper and cover your baked goods with fondant icing.
