Postage

To ensure we can offer the fastest and most efficient service we can no longer alter orders or add additional items once they have been processed.
If you need to purchase additional products, please place a 2nd order (including postage costs) and if we are able to combine them we will refund your 2nd postage. Please specify in your order notes that you have more than 1 pending order.

Po Boxes

If you wish to use a PO box, please select this option at checkout.
Pricing: $19.95 under 3kg, $24.95 under 5kg, $29.95 under 20kg. We do not offer this option for orders over 20kg.

Note: Cakers Warehouse do not use any standard freight services. All orders sent via Express networks.

All domestic orders come with Tracking & Authority to leave.
We will not be liable for storage charges, lost/stolen orders & re delivery fees.
PO boxes are not available for Platinum Shipping.

Despite our efforts to pack thoroughly, we cannot be held responsible for damage during transit. Cakers are not able to control transit conditions and handling of our parcels. If you feel that your parcel has been mishandled, please send a photo of the damage to orders@cakerswarehouse.com.au

Cancelled online orders (prior to dispatch) will incur a 10% picking and packing fee. This covers printing, picking, and packing costs associated with your order. The amount will be deducted from your refund.


Oversized items (as indicated by agreement notification on product) may incur excess charges due to size, weight or inability to pack efficiently.
Customers will be contacted if this is the case for options,  extra charges or of refunding oversized items.

Customers living in remote areas (decided by courier) may incur excess fees which are charged to us by the courier. You will be contacted if this is the case.

Often orders to rural areas will be left at the Local Post office if the courier is unable to deliver to the provided address. 

International Shipping

Dispatch

Whilst we can ensure that we will ship your order on time, we cannot guarantee delivery days, dates or times. Once your order is dispatched from our store, we have no control of external issues that may arise.

Any address errors will delay your order beyond our advertised dispatch times.

Cakers will not be held liable for any late deliveries but will always do our best to help where possible. Please order your items well before they are needed to avoid any issues that may arise.
All orders have a tracking number, which you will receive via email. Please use this to keep track of your order and expected delivery times.

Store Pickup

We also offer in store Pickup during our standard opening hours. If you wish to pick up your online order please select the ‘Pickup’ option when checking out at your preferred store. Albion Park Rail will have your order ready in approx 2 hours. Other stores require 2 days transit before pickup is ready.
Please have your receipt or order number with you for verification purposes.

Returns

Cakers Warehouse do not offer refunds for change of mind or late deliveries.
Refunds only applicable if there is a product fault or mistake on our behalf.

We accept exchanges within 10 days of purchase, online orders must pay all freight costs associated with exchanging an item.
Refunds and Exchanges are not available on food products.

Online orders which are returned to sender will be refunded less the fees for delivery and re-delivery/return charges by the courier.

Payment

We accept all Credit Cards, ZipPay, PayPal via our secure payment gateway.
Customers bank details will never be stored on our systems to ensure your details are not compromised.
We also accept over the phone payments for store pickup orders only, please call 02 42569285 if you would like to do so.
Online orders must checkout via our online store - to avoid mistakes, we do not accept over the phone payments for postage orders.

Naked Cakes

All undecorated cakes are baked to order at Delaney’s Cakes.
As nothing is frozen, we require a few days notice to bake your custom cake. Please ensure the following criteria are met when ordering:
Orders must be placed by 9am Monday the week of pick up at the latest. If you miss this deadline, please phone the store and we will do our best to help.
Please confirm date required in notes during checkout.
Pick up is available in store only on Thursday after 9am at all stores.
All cakes come in a box, if you require larger display boards please purchase separately.

Classes

All classes booked Online requires full payment, if you wish to start a payment plan please call or see in store. Final payment for payment plans is due 7 days prior to the class. Final payment is the sole responsibility of the customer, if not made by the due date, the class may be cancelled with no refund. If redeeming a gift voucher, you must present your voucher in store or voucher number over the phone. If you are unable to proceed with the class, 14 days notice is required in order to change to another date. Changes to dates are only available if discussed with Cakers Warehouse staff and will depend on availability. You may also find someone else to take your booking. No refunds will be given to any cancelations under 14 days to class date. We also cannot accept responsibility for students change in personal circumstances or sickness. If for any reason the class is cancelled on behalf of Cakers Warehouse, full refunds will be given if unable to attend a later date.

The decision to cancel or transfer a class is left up until 48 hours prior to class commencement to maximise chances of reaching minimum student numbers. You will be contacted via text message or phone call 24 hours prior to your class for confirmation, cancellation or changes.
Cakers Warehouse often take photos during classes which are featured on our website and Facebook page. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let one of the staff know prior to your class.
All designs taught as part of Cakers Warehouse Classes remain the property of Cakers Warehouse and may not be reproduced in part or in full for teaching purposes. Students are expected to behave in a polite and considerate manner towards both our staff and fellow students. Any student who, in the sole opinion of Cakers Warehouse staff, is in breach of this may be asked to leave the class. We offer private classes at $100/hour for the first 3 hours, $50/hour after that.
Please contact us if you are interested and we can discuss designs, times etc.

Gift Cards

Cakers Warehouse offer Online Gift Cards from $25 to $500, as well as In Store Gift Cards for any amount over $30.
You can shop with freedom, spending your credit on anything you like, including classes and sale items.
Online Gift Cards are to be used Online Only.
In store Gift Cards are to be used In Store Only.
Please be aware when purchasing Gift Cards, how the recipient will be spending (online or in store) and purchase accordingly.
Both Online and In Store Gift Cards do not need to be spent all at once. Use your card as many times as you like until the credit is spent.
Gift Cards have no expiry.

Loyalty

Cakers Warehouse has a loyalty program offering 5% back on all products (excluding classes, undecorated cakes and sale items). You also receive members only specials and pre sale offers.
Each sale will earn you 5% in loyalty points. These points will add to your account until you wish to spend them. Your points never expire and can be spend on anything you like without limitation.
Eg. Spend $100 and earn $5 store credit.
There is a $30 sign up fee, this gives you a lifetime membership. You will receive a VIP account and a Cakers loyalty card.
There is no renewal and no further fees.
Currently you cannot use loyalty cards online. However, we do offer ACDN member discounts, Bulk Buying and Trade Accounts.

ACDN & Trade Discounts

ACDN Member & Trade Customer discounts exclude the following ranges:
Classes, Naked Cakes, Sale Items, Agbay, Bulk Items 10kg & over.

- Trade customers require a minimum spend of $150 per order for discount code to apply. The must also mantain a spend of $1500 per year.
- Members can find our current discount codes by logging into the Australian Cake Decorating Network website.
